Sustainability strategy: we grow and nurture responsibly
Sustainability is one of the core values of the Agrokoncernas Group of companies.

Management Report
In accordance with the European Union’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), we have prepared the first public consolidated sustainability report for UAB Agrokoncernas and its subsidiaries (included in the uploaded Management Statement – from page 48).
Despite ongoing changes in the scope of sustainability reporting, we remain committed to periodically assessing our impacts, risks, and opportunities, and to publicly setting well-founded sustainability goals.

Code of Ethics

The purpose of the Supplier Code of Ethics is to establish key requirements for social responsibility, environmental protection, and business ethics for suppliers, to ensure that the supply chain aligns with the company’s values and international standards, and to promote transparency throughout the entire value chain.
