The factory operation will be based on the circular economy principle
Around 500,000 tonnes of wheat are to be processed per year. The two main products will be starch and gluten. One of the by-products of production, bioethanol, will be used as biofuel.
The circular production process will end with biofertilisers. They are used to fertilise soils, increase soil fertility and the amount of organic matter in the soil, and stimulate soil microbiological activity.
