Agrokoncerno Group, one of the leaders in the agricultural sector in the Baltic States, closed the financial year with excellent results. According to unaudited data, the Group’s revenue for the financial years 2021-2022 will exceed €630 million. Compared to last year, sales revenue grew by 26%.

“The Agrokoncerno Group” comprises more than 40 companies. “Agrokoncernas”, one of the Group’s most successful companies, grew its sales by 40% to €185 million. One of the largest sellers and exporters of agrochemical products for agriculture, it currently holds more than 40% of the fertiliser market.

The sales revenue of Agrokoncerno grūdai, a company engaged in the purchase and export of grain, grew by 23% and reached EUR 445 million. The return on equity was above 30% and the asset management efficiency ratio was above 20%.

Agricultural companies belonging to the Agrokoncerno group of companies, which are engaged in crop and livestock farming, have also achieved excellent results for the financial years 2021-2022. Their sales revenue grew by 26% and operating profit doubled.

According to Ramūnas Karbauskis, the owner of the Agrokoncerno group of companies, the good results have been achieved by working consistently, forging new partnerships and finding the most suitable solutions for customers.

“The results of “The Agrokoncerno Group” for the past period are really encouraging. Our farms have produced abundant harvests of good quality, and there has been a smooth process of buying and exporting our produce to countries around the world. Since Russia attacked Ukraine, we have severed all business ties with the aggressor countries and successfully found new suppliers from Western countries. Although fertiliser prices have risen, demand for fertilisers has fallen only slightly. We have also invested heavily in science and technological solutions, which have also contributed to our success,” says R. Karbauskis.

“The Agrokoncerno Group” consistently develops innovative projects in deep grain processing, modernisation of farms, green energy and others. Its Innovation and Research Centre “AgroITC” provides certified research that is effectively applied in companies.

“The Agrokoncerno Group of Companies focuses on business synergies, pays particular attention to science, implements sustainable solutions, and initiates and contributes to various social initiatives. In the financial years 2021-2022, more than EUR 1.1 million was allocated to various support projects.
