"Agrokoncerno" group of companies plans to build a modern deep grain processing plant in Kuršėnai, on the former territory of the Pavenčiai sugar factory. It would process about 500,000 tons of wheat, about 250 employees are planned to be employed.

The renewed Kretinga fodder factory begins active operations. After implementing the latest technologies and based on the latest scientific research, it produces a wide range of products - complete feeds, premixes, vitamin and mineral supplements for birds, pigs and cattle.

Representatives of the members of the Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, personnel specialists from various companies visited the "Agrokoncerno" group.

The traditional Book of the Year awards took place on the Day of Press Recovery, Speech and Book. The children's book of the year 2024 was chosen by the readers as the work "Kamandosė" by the writer Eglė Jasė, published by the charity and support fund "Švieskime vaikus", illustrated by Julija Račiūnaitė.

"Agrokoncerno" group received guests from the Lithuanian Responsible Business Association (LAVA). The purpose of the visit is to get acquainted with the sustainability directions of the group, the integration of innovations into agricultural activities, and to take a close look at the practice of modern business responsibility.
